Annually, Prysmian conducts the<br \/>\nSPEAK UP survey: a key tool to assess the engagement and well-being of the<br \/>\npeople who work with us. The results of this survey allow us to identify<br \/>\nareas for improvement and develop specific programs through focus groups and other<br \/>\nparticipatory dynamics,\u201d explained Muchao<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concrete Actions for Well-being<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prysmian has implemented several concrete actions to improve the well-being of its<br \/>\nemployees in Latin America. These initiatives range from improvements to basic facilities<br \/>\nto advanced health and safety programs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmong the most notable actions are the investments we made in cafeterias,<br \/>\nrestrooms, and locker rooms, which are essential to ensuring an appropriate work environment. The company recognizes that well-being is subjective and<br \/>\nthat needs vary among individuals.
